Interesting bee rescue from East Main Road in Middletown RI today

Seems as though Bees have taken occupancy in this house...

They are on the 2nd floor and looks like a substantial hive. I am preparing to collect them

It just keeps on going. This is a poop ton of bees!

 

Ok girls, time to come with me to a new proper home.

I have the bees, sealed up the penetrations in the house, now, time to get off this ride. Yeah, those are lots of bees around me!

We were successful in 5 Honey bee rescue jobs today alone. Thank you all for supporting Aquidneckhoney so we can keeps bees in the air for all of us!

As the 1st crowd arrives, I think I will talk about the importance of honeybees and chemical free beekeeping

 

After a little introduction and questions, we opened up several hives...

...it was this big, really. This must bee the Italian in my...or something.

I am always surprised (and more) when I see photos of myself. I look like I am auditioning for dancing with the bees...or something...

I think the day was a great success. We demonstrated our beekeeping practice and values to more than 50 people today, and one couple was from Russia and Portugal. Thank You to Janna, for spending some more time in and around the hives with her camera! We do this for all of you, thank you for reading...Jeff the bee man.
